Inessa Shur specializes in representation of landlords and property management companies in all aspects of landlord-tenant related issues.  Prior to founding Shur Law Group, Attorney Shur worked for one of the most prestigious and well known real estate firms in Massachusetts; Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, in their landlord-tenant department. Her job there concentrated in representing large property management companies in all aspects of landlord-tenant law and evictions. She has a passion for helping landlords and real estate investors as they navigate their business environment and has been recognized by peers and clients for her success in resolving complicated landlord-tenant disputes.  Since founding Shur Law Group, she has prevailed in litigation involving a wide-array of landlord-tenant issues and frequently lectures and gives seminars to landlords and property management companies on Massachusetts landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.


In addition to providing her clients with aggressive representation in and out of court, Attorney Shur is strongly involved in the housing industry, where she is always kept informed of the newest legal developments, enabling her to provide clients with the best and most up to date legal advice.


Furthermore, Attorney Shur is a member of the Rental Housing Association (RHA) educational committee, in which she is involved in educating fellow attorneys, landlords and property managers in the housing industry by putting together seminars and educational programs.
